If you are studying at NLET, in addition to giving you support to learn the topics of your course we will also offer you support in gaining the broader skills needed to complete your course.
Your teacher/assessor will help you set targets and reflect on what skills you need to develop. You will also receive feedback on your work after you submit it and it is marked. The key skills that we focus on building your confidence and accuracy in are:
- English – including Spelling, Punctuation and Grammar (SPAG), reading, writing and communication
- Mathematics
- Information Technology/Digital Literacy
